Bugs fixed:

Fixed major crash to desktop bug due to Unity Burst Compiling mode

Fixed bug with skintone/appearance script that was not showing npc varieties
properly.

Fixed error with sound detection near convenience store.

Fixed bug where all font settings were not reset when user uses "reset to
defaults" option.

Fixed NPC door use where not appropriate...

Misc:

Readme.txt: added a "Not affiliated with" disclaimer and a link to the calibre
home page at top of readme.txt file.

External art support: added .jpeg and .png files to allowable file
extensions/images in external art directory.

Updated VR Manual to reflect new external art file extensions.

Reformatted readme.txt (this file) to use 80 column layout for better legibility.
